How to Request a Quote:

When you find a product you're interested in, simply click the "Request Quote" button and specify the number of kilograms you'd like a quote for. If you enter "1kg," we'll provide you with a quote for the smallest available pack size, which is often larger than 1kg, depending on the product.

• Essential Oils: Typically available starting at 1kg.
• Carrier Oils: Often available from 1kg but usually start at 5kg and up.
• Powders and Other Ingredients: Generally start at 25kg, though this can vary.

If you need a smaller quantity, please let us know—we may be able to accommodate your request, but you would still need to take 50% to 60% or more of the smallest pack size. Otherwise, we encourage you to check out Aromantic.co.uk to see if we stock it in smaller quantities already for you.

Please note that we require an address in the quote request, and you must scroll down to see the fields on step 2, where you provide the contact information.

Once we receive your request, we will work to source the product for you and provide a price and a lead time. This process may take a couple of days, as our website offers a vast range of products that we can source but don't necessarily keep in stock due to the extensive variety.

Important: Please be aware that the quoted amount may slightly exceed your requested quantity. For example, if you request 46kg and the pack size is 25kg, your quote will be for 50kg to match the available packaging. We aim to provide you with the most efficient and cost-effective options based on the product's packaging and availability.

Next Steps: Once you receive the quote, you can review it and, if satisfied, accept it and proceed with payment. After payment is received, we will send the products out according to the stated lead times, ensuring timely delivery to meet your needs.
